What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the principal form of fitness for many police/fire academies, military/tactical operations teams, martial artists and athletes worldwide, while simultaneously helping everyone from pregnant moms, to retired grandparents, to sedentary cubicle dwellers find a level of fitness they never thought possible.
CrossFit delivers fitness that is broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is NOT specializing. Combat, survival, and an overall healthier way of life are the rewards of this program. Combining varied, functional, real-world movements, Olympic weight lifting techniques, gymnastics and more executed at high intensity in a positive, team-oriented environment. CrossFit delivers a level of fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Treating the body's wellbeing and fitness as a whole as oppose to isolated "glamor" based exercises, which rarely provide lasting results and often result is injury and burnout.
We cater to the needs of the elite athlete, the person who's struggled with fitness looking to change their life, or those simply looking for a new challenge/variation in their workout routines. From person to person the program doesn't change, only the intensity you choose to challenge yourself with.
